This is an exciting time to join a fast moving, employer facing education department of the University.  The apprenticeship team is going through a change in structure and this post will be joining as part of the Administration team, working with faculty and the rest of the Apprenticeship Team to ensure the onboarding experience and all documentation is compliant and effective for the apprentices and their employers.

The Apprenticeship team comprises of Data, Monitoring & Compliance; Learner Mentors; Employer Engagement and Administration.  The whole team is responsible for ensuring that every apprentice has the personalised and induvial support and encouragement for them to reach their potential.  The Administration team supports all other teams and works across the University with Admissions and Faculties, to ensure smooth transition from onboarding to on programme.  The Administration team also supports on programme activities, such as the monthly Faculty meetings, changes in circumstances and ensuring all documentation is ready for audit prior to completing the gateway and EPA documentation. 

The role requires a commitment to excellent customer service, excellent communication skills, working as a team, meet compliance and audit requirements, proactivity, and the ability to follow efficient and effective processes.

Excellent levels of IT competency are required, especially in the use of SharePoint.
