Reception and Administration Assistant

Adele Carr are recruiting for a Reception and Administration Assistant on a Temporary contract with potential to turn permanent for a professional service firm based in Chester paying up to £25,000 pa.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Meeting and greeting clients
Booking meeting rooms
Answering and forwarding calls
filling and organising
Reception duties
Assist Marketing Manager
Data input
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
