As an Administrator at our Chester Hospital**,** you’ll bring a keen eye for detail, strong secretarial skills and great communication abilities. You’re proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable working with numbers and you’re committed to providing our teams with the best level of support.

**The opportunity**

**As our Administrator you will**:

- Handle customer enquiries (both via telephone and website),
- Ensure all customer interaction is undertaken in a timely manor
- Provide customers with information regarding Hospital services and treatments ensuring all requirements/queries are dealt with effectively
- Reception & Appointment duties

**As a Administrator, you will have**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a good level of IT literacy
- Good organisational skills

Shifts pattern from 7.00 am - 9.00 pm - includes Saturdays on rota basis.
