Role Overview:

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for generating profitable, long-term business from our client base of recruitment agencies and end clients. This position will focus on developing new business through phone outreach and face-to-face meetings. High performers have the potential to transition into a fully field-based role.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • New Business / Business Development: Target and develop new business to create a profitable portfolio
  • Relationship Building: Develop senior-level relationships within these accounts, conducting face-to-face meetings long term and video calls in the interim.
  • Sales Activity:Maintain high levels of sales activity and aim to exceed targets to build a profitable client base.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to service and grow your agencies/clients, engaging with stakeholders from consultant to senior level.
  • Client Support: Demonstrate your ability to provide market-leading support through periodic survey results.
  • Sales Execution: Conduct sales-based activities to sustain and grow accounts, ensuring consistent account growth.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a business development role is essential.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills to ensure timely execution of all duties.
  • Account Planning: Demonstrated ability to create and execute comprehensive account plans.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness and ability to negotiate with our agency partners.
  • Presentation Skills: Experience presenting at different levels, including senior-level customers.
  • Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude to drive success and overcome challenges.
