Responsibilities:
  • Organiuse access to properties
  • Liaise with contractors are relevant staff
  • Support the distribution of service charge budgets
  • Manage rates notification forms, liaise with local councils
  • Communicate with relevant parties over change in tenancies
  • Handle general queries from tenants, suppliers and contractors
  • Support the production of client reports

About You:
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within property or legal
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software
  • Knowledge of property laws and regulations is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
