Our leading international law firm client has an amazing opportunity for a HR Assistant to join their London office, initially on a Fixed-term basis with the opportunity of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Key duties will include:
Prepare HR correspondence using DocuSign, including probation completion letters, reference requests, and salary review communications.Collaborate with the Payroll team to manage payroll and benefits changes.Assist with visa applications and renewals as advised by our Immigration Advisor.Coordinate the leaver process, including holiday confirmation and documentation.Maintain HR pages on the intranet and assist with appraisal processes.Support annual salary and bonus review processes.Manage holiday queries, year-end holiday processes, and sickness absence records.Handle e-filing, staff gifts, and new baby hampers. The ideal candidate will ideally have previous HR Admin/Coordinator experience in a law firm or professional services environment and will be available immediately.
