HR Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Project Administrator to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR projects, ensuring the smooth implementation of our HRIS system, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for the HRIS project, dealing with queries and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks related to the HRIS system implementation
- Coordinate the data migration process from legacy systems to the new HRIS, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Develop and maintain user access documentation and ensure compliance within organizational policies
- Ensure the effective management of onboarding for new starters, including DBS, Single Central Record, and other compliance processes required in a safeguarding environment
- Coordinate testing, training, and implementation activities to ensure users are prepared for new systems
Requirements:
- Experience of using data reports to analyze trends and identify priority areas
- Experience of working with business areas to provide a comprehensive HR service provision
Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and identify priority HR activity to support business areas
- Ability to use initiative in dealing with complex problems, with a strong customer service-focus
Working Hours:
- 35 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
- 2 days WFH per week
