Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Project Administrator to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd.

The successful candidate will have strong systems experience and managed centres of excellence, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and identify priority HR activity to support business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the HRIS project, dealing with queries and reporting into senior stakeholders
  • Assist in planning, organising, and coordinating tasks related to the HRIS system implementation
  • Coordinate the data migration process from legacy systems to the new HRIS, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Develop and maintain user access documentation and ensure compliance within organisational policies
  • Ensure the effective management of onboarding for new starters, including DBS, Single Central Record and other compliance processes required in a safeguarding environment
  • Coordinate testing, training and implementation activities to ensure users are prepared for new systems

Requirements:

  • Experience of using data reports to analyse trends and identify priority areas
  • Experience of working with business areas to provide a comprehensive HR service provision

Working Hours:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
  • 2 days WFH per week
