My client is a leading global Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys, with an exceptional reputation. They are looking for a Team HR Coordinator to join their wider HR team on a permanent basis.
The HR Team Coordinator will be responsible for the seamless management of the HR workflow and ad hoc HR requests and projects, reporting directly into the HR Director and working closely with the other Manager’s within HR, L&D and Recruitment, the key duties will include:
- First point of contact for all HR questions and queries.
- Oversee all administration that comes in and out of the department, including joiners, leavers and career changes by, overseeing letters, and subsequent administrative actions.
- Organise the other team members, ensure they are on top of general administration for monthly HR processes, initiatives, events/projects, including salary review.
- Manage employee records, payroll changes and keeping benefit information up to date
- Organise and prepare staff analysis reports for the business as required.
- Track absences and providing analysis reports to relevant HR Business Partner.
- Prepare the weekly agenda for the HR meetings - track progress of actions.
- Supporting the Recruitment team when needed.
- Assisting with projects and events when needed.
- Supporting the L&D Manager with coordinating training when needed.
