Working in the administration and customer service team.

Hours - 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday to Friday - working two weekend days per month on a rota basis - with day off in lieu in week.

  • Delivering an efficient customer service experience to our customers, providing them with timely and accurate information over the phone and in writing.
  • Problem solving and proactively seeking opportunities to prevent any future customer service failures.
  • Logging incidents on our system
  • Liaising with suppliers, regarding a quick and efficient way to resolve the customers complaint.
