Reporting to and working directly with the CEO, the role will suit an excellent, motivated and experienced individual, keen to progress in an evolving and growing business, accepting responsibility for the overall performance of the business.

The candidate must have a proven track record of strategic delivery and leadership, you will work closely with and influence the senior management and operational teams. Work closely with the Senior Management Team to deliver quality management performance and drive the success of the day-to-day operations.


~ Production of timely management information to support the CEO, Group SMT, and general decision making across the business


~ Ensure that the business meets our regulatory responsibilities in line with the Financial Conduct Authority requirements.


~ Own and monitor commercial activities. Understand the business finances and budgets to ensure efficiency and productivity, setting financial targets to meet our growth plans.


~ Develop and review continuous improvement using an analytical approach to improve and update our management processes ensuring best practice.


~ Ensure the implementation of continuous training, development & improvement mechanisms relating to our management team, ensuring team leadership and mentorship.


Commercial approach combined with engagement with stakeholders


~ Excellent relationship building and critical thinking skills
