The Role

We are seeking an excellent, motivated, and experienced individual to join our team as Chief Executive/Managing Director. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of strategic delivery and leadership, and will work closely with and influence the senior management and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Production of timely management information to support the CEO, Group SMT, and general decision making across the business
  2. Ensure that the business meets our regulatory responsibilities in line with the Financial Conduct Authority requirements
  3. Own and monitor commercial activities. Understand the business finances and budgets to ensure efficiency and productivity, setting financial targets to meet our growth plans
  4. Develop and review continuous improvement using an analytical approach to improve and update our management processes ensuring best practice
  5. Ensure the implementation of continuous training, development & improvement mechanisms relating to our management team, ensuring team leadership and mentorship
