OVERVIEW: Reporting into a visionary HR Manager and supporting an experienced HR team, the role of Contract HR Coordinator is for six months to support the HR department with a high level of accuracy with all their employee related activities. This is a site based role working full time, although some flexibility around start and leaving times is possible.

Our client is a well-established highly progressive innovative organisation and this is an excellent opportunity to gain real exposure in a busy HR department working with various internal and external stakeholders and gaining valuable experience and grounding in support HR work.

Brief Description of the job: - HR admin support and assist with investigations, disciplinaries, probation reviews and absence meetings - (taking 1st line disciplinaries). - Support and assist in the recruitment process. - Management of Agency ensuring headcount is accurate. - Support and assist in the onboarding and induction process. - Provide support and general HR admin support to the HR team (seeking accuracy, minimal management, attention to detail in all tasks, capable of working without supervision). - Conducting data-driven analysis to identify patterns, trends and correlations within their HR data, providing insights and recommendations to improve the HR process. - Support and assist with compliance with GDPR, advising Managers on Best Practice and in line with company policies, procedures and values (new starters, probationary periods, appraisals, loyalty rewards, holiday increments, leavers including exit interviews).

THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will be available at short notice and be seeking a role to gain valuable experience in a support HR position in a busy global organisation. Ideally will have previous working experience in a busy HR department Seeking an HR career and looking to add value in a supportive role in HR Studying CIPD level 3 (or working towards) Strong IT and admin background (worked with HR systems/Excel/databases) Strong accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks Excellent communication skills Capable of working with little supervision and strong problem solving skills A good understanding of the basics of HR and a real interest in learning and developing skills and gaining exposure to HR

Salary: £24,000 plus benefits (depending on experience) - (6 month full time site based contract)

Location: North Lincs (Thorne)
