The Content Partnerships team works with YouTube creators and media companies, helping them build their channel, grow their watch time, and develop their audience by delivering innovative and scalable best practices, solutions, and recommendations. The YouTube Partner Program consists of a growing number of content partners. We are a fast-paced and proactive team serving YouTube's partners around the world to ensure they have a great experience and achieve success on YouTube.

As a Strategic Partner Manager (SPM) on the Content Partnerships team, you will help our YouTube Creators and Companies to build, grow, and expand their presence on YouTube, while assisting their development into the next generation of YouTube stars. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to nurture and grow these creators.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of YouTube creators and digital publishers across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark in the areas of Entertainment, Sports, News, Gaming, Beauty/Fashion, Cooking, and more.
  • Manage your portfolio of partner accounts towards performance goals, including product adoption, platform engagement, audience growth, community interaction, and business growth.
  • Drive, measure, and analyze overall partner performance against key metrics as well as streamline operational workflows and process improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between creators and our cross-functional teams, serving as a consultant as needed and develop and implement creative ways to improve client relationships, grow distribution and business growth.
  • Manage initiatives to grow creators, including workshops, events, and other scaled initiatives.
