**About the job**:
The YouTube EMEA Go To Market Solutions team (GTMS) is focused on providing comprehensive strategic and operational solutions to the YouTube EMEA Business Organization and Content Partnerships teams, with the ultimate goal of facilitating the success of our partners on the platform.
Our team works together with various cross-functional stakeholders throughout YouTube to address our partners’ most pressing needs. We develop cross-functional programs and go-to-market resources for products, policies, and content strategies that are strategically important for the commercial success of YouTube’s partner ecosystem.
The EMEA Go To Market Solutions function covers two broad areas: the Segment and Business Operations team is responsible for operationalizing our strategies, incentives, and activities as well as managing the yearly planning cycle, and the Product Activations teams are responsible for designing and managing activation programs that support our priority product areas.
As the Head of Segment and Business Operations, you will lead the team to deliver on key work streams, working closely with regional Content Partnerships leadership and account teams. You will also sit on the EMEA GTMS Leadership Team and will work closely with various global teams, including Central Planning and Operations, Incentives Strategy and Analytics, Segment Go-To-Market, Analytics and Decision Support, Business Technology, and Product Activation.
At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a small team, with ownership of key processes and work streams including leading portfolio segmentation, selection and optimization processes for managed partners, and overseeing the acquisition strategy for new content partners.
- Design and enhance segmented, full-funnel management of content partners, ranging from high-touch support for the largest, most complex partners to scaled support offerings for smaller ones.
- Coordinate key operational processes for Partnerships teams in EMEA, including development, deployment, and tracking of annual and quarterly OKRs, holding teams accountable for their achievement.
- Operationalize critical incentive platforms which enable teams to discover, prioritize, and deliver key opportunities to relevant partners.
- Deliver strong analytics and insights around partner ecosystem and team performance, and in support of prioritized regional and global strategic initiatives.
