We are seeking a Head of Production to spearhead our production activities, ensuring excellence in all aspects of event and content creation. This pivotal role will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality projects, ensuring a seamless experience for audiences worldwide.
Develop and implement a comprehensive production strategy for the Global Games Show’s events and digital initiatives.
Lead the end-to-end production process, including concept development, execution, and post-production.
Continuously evaluate and optimize production workflows to ensure efficiency and innovation.
Event & Content Production:
Oversee the planning and execution of live events, esports tournaments, and gaming showcases.
Manage the production of digital content, including trailers, live streams, and promotional material.
Ensure the delivery of world-class quality experiences, aligning with the brand’s vision and audience expectations.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a cross-functional production team, including event managers, content creators, technical specialists, and contractors.
Budget & Resource Management:
Develop and oversee production budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and sponsorship departments, to align production activities with overall company goals.
Quality Assurance & Risk Management:
Ensure all production activities meet safety regulations, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Production, Media Studies, or a related field.
~8+ years of experience in production management, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or live events.
~ Expertise in production technologies, tools, and methodologies.
Strong budget management and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
