About the Role

As a key member of our production team at Production Futures, we are seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to lead and deliver high-profile events across various locations worldwide.

Job Summary:
  • Develop, manage, and execute project plans from inception to completion, ensuring seamless event delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine resource requirements, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting costs, and tracking expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders through exceptional communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring timely completion and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with designers, architects, and other experts to create engaging and immersive experiences.
Financial Management
  • Oversee event budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure accurate forecasting and efficient use of resources.
  • Analyze revenue projections, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing measures to optimize profitability.
Administrative & Training
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance their skills and contribute to the company's success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or hospitality.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event project management, preferably within the healthcare or private sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex events on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software, such as Asana or Trello.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
