The **Senior Project Manager** position within our global Events & Experiences team involves delivering exceptional service to clients through superior project management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and prioritize the execution of multiple key virtual, hybrid and in-person events globally.
  2. Lead the full project lifecycle from concept development through planning, execution, and reconciliation.
  3. Maintain client relationships and ensure scope and agreements are monitored throughout the project planning process.
  4. Guide clients on delivering successful virtual, hybrid and in-person meetings, conferences, and events.
  5. Oversee the project team's adherence to client and FIRST standards and practices.
  6. Create and manage budgets for assigned events, including invoice management and timely budget reconciliation.
  7. Closely monitor profitability and collaborate with Project Accounting and Account Director.
  8. Track and maintain project team time spent on projects for accurate reflection of work done.
  9. Coordinate with venues, vendors, clients, project team members, and timelines within the assigned total budget.
  10. Sources, negotiates, contracts, and manages supplier selection to increase profitability.
  11. Capture key intelligence for knowledge sharing, efficiency, and future performance improvement.
Requirements

We're looking for an experienced professional with:

  • 8+ years of end-to-end event management experience (ideally corporate).
  • Proficiency with G suite, Zoom, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong Excel skills for budget management and reconciliation.
  • Excellent presentation creation and formatting skills.
  • Familiarity with web-based event platforms.
  • Awareness of Technical Production and Creative Asset Management fulfillment preferred.
  • Knowledge of venues and suppliers in key cities.
Salary Range

This role comes with a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
