Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing and implementing sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, ideally selling promotional merchandise
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM software and sales performance metrics
