The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a first-class customer experience , dealing with customer queries and the day-to-day activities to ensure customers and suppliers who visit receive an outstanding service.
Be the first person to greet customers and clients as they walk into the building in a friendly and approachable manner.
Act as the first point of contact for customers and vendors, ensuring relationships are developed, maintained and nurtured.
Responding to enquiries in an effective and timely manner, via either telephone, email or face-to-face, to ensure customer satisfaction, with an ability to identify when they need escalating.
Completing all administration tasks with high attention to detail.
This role is likely to suit someone from a hospitality, retail or receptionist background searching for a move into commercial environment.
The ability to understand the needs of the customer and the company and provide effective support.
The ability to work as a team, ensuring a successful sale and fantastic customer experience.
Understand and confidently use Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
A full, clean driving licence.
