Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong background in customer-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a first-class customer experience by greeting customers and clients in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and vendors, ensuring relationships are developed, maintained, and nurtured.
  • Respond to enquiries in an effective and timely manner, via telephone, email, or face-to-face, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Answer inbound customer calls in a personable and friendly manner.
  • Complete all administration tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Utilise the bespoke in-house system to process bookings and complete appointments, ensuring all regulations and procedures are followed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail, whilst working within deadlines.
  • The ability to understand the needs of the customer and the company and provide effective support.
  • The ability to take ownership and demonstrate resilience in all aspects of your work.
  • The ability to work as a team, ensuring a successful sale and fantastic customer experience.
  • Understand and confidently use Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A full, clean driving licence.
  • Are a UK resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK.
