Reporting tothe People Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing executive andleadership team relationships, while leading teams across reward, benefits,payroll, people policy, and people services. You will provide leadership inemployee relations and employment legal expertise, ensuring greater consistencyacross the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to create and leadthe reward and benefits strategy, delivering high-quality HR operationalstandards through processes like payroll and HR administration.
This role is hybrid and will require you to be in St Austell Brewery for 3 days a week. Lead, coach,and develop a team of HR, reward, payroll, and HR system professionals. Fosterteam engagement and develop talent for future opportunities.
Activelyparticipate in the people leadership team, collaborating with the PeopleDirector, Head of HR, and Senior Learning and Culture Partner to deliver thepeople strategy.
Be an activemember of the St Austell Brewery leadership group, contributing tobusiness-wide projects and driving the people agenda to improve our employmentvalue proposition and employee experience.
Work withthe Senior Reward and Policy Partner to shape and lead a three-year reward andbenefits strategy. Collaboratewith wider People team to introduce and embed a new HR information and payrollsystem. Establish aframework for dealing with employee relations cases, shaping our cultureproactively. Develop close working relationships with external legal partnersand enhance HRBP and line manager capabilities.
Establishcredibility and trust with senior stakeholders to provide operational cover forthe Head of HR and People Director when needed.
Provenexperience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on reward and benefitsstrategy.
Experiencein implementing HR systems and managing payroll processes.
Excellentstakeholder management and communication skills.
