Solely HR is excited to collaborate with a dynamic organization based in Cornwall, in search of a skilled and experienced **HRBP** for a 10-month interim role. Working primarily from home, with occasional site visits, this role answers to the Head of HR.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on HR support to various business units and lead projects involving **TUPE** transfers, redeployments, and possibly redundancies. They should provide value-added service to both management and employees, aligning with the organization's goals, and effectively manage HR data to streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead company restructure and manage the full consultation process
  • Offer HR advice and guidance aligned with policies and UK employment law
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop employee solutions, programs, and policies
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and mitigate risks
  • Provide performance management support, including coaching and disciplinary actions
  • Enhance work relationships, morale, and productivity
  • Interpret HR policies and develop contract terms
  • Contribute to restructures, workforce, and succession planning
  • Identify training needs and monitor programs' effectiveness
  • Utilize data-driven approach with strong organizational and analytical skills
