About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing a site HR strategy aligned with business objectives, providing exceptional employee experiences throughout the entire lifecycle, and implementing group policies and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
- Lead training initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities and foster a culture of high performance and talent development.
- Collaborate with the group HR team on people-focused initiatives and support strategic workforce planning.
- Mentor and develop the site management team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Deliver timely people metrics to enhance communication and drive performance.
Requirements
- Experience as a HR Manager or similar level within manufacturing.
- Experience managing a team of up to 7 people.
- Qualified by experience or CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- Forward thinking, ambitious, and innovative with a passion for HR and talent development.
