About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing a site HR strategy aligned with business objectives, providing exceptional employee experiences throughout the entire lifecycle, and implementing group policies and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Lead training initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities and foster a culture of high performance and talent development.
  • Collaborate with the group HR team on people-focused initiatives and support strategic workforce planning.
  • Mentor and develop the site management team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Deliver timely people metrics to enhance communication and drive performance.

Requirements

  • Experience as a HR Manager or similar level within manufacturing.
  • Experience managing a team of up to 7 people.
  • Qualified by experience or CIPD Level 5 qualification.
  • Forward thinking, ambitious, and innovative with a passion for HR and talent development.
