The role will require on-site presence in Bodmin.
Day to Day of the role:
- Design and execute a site HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Provide exceptional employee experiences throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Implement Group policies and industry best practices.
- Foster a culture of high performance and talent development.
- Lead training initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Collaborate with the Group HR team on people-focused initiatives.
- Support strategic workforce planning.
- Mentor and develop the site management team.
- Deliver timely people metrics to enhance communication and drive performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience as a HR Manager or Similar level within Manufacturing.
