Part-time Studio Manager

A leading AJ100 architecture practice is looking for a part-time Studio Manager to oversee management of their studios.
This broad role will require you to work in their London studio five days a week but over shorter hours (25 hours per week) so perfect for those who are looking for a role where they need to juggle other commitments too.
Reporting to the Chairperson, you will work closely with the directors and senior management team to ensure all the studios run smoothly.
Oversee facilities including managing the budget and preparing for audits
Manage maintenance contracts including planned maintenance and ad hoc repairs
Maintain fire and security and utilities contracts
Coordinate internal moves and relocations
Assist with quality management systems, audits and procedures
Organise senior management meetings
Experience of overseeing facilities and front of house
Good working knowledge of MS Office and InDesign
