So, more about our Studio Sample Assistant role...

As a Studio Sample Assistant, you'll oversee the entire stock flow process, ensuring smooth operations and hitting key performance targets. You’ll collaborate closely with the Product Lifecycle team and Studio Manager to plan and schedule shoots, coordinating with brands to ensure timely delivery of samples and preparing products for shoots according to Fenwick guidelines. Your role is crucial in maintaining studio efficiency, including managing product check-ins, returns, and ensuring all stock is in the right place at the right time.

You’ll be the go-to person for organising stock for both scheduled and ad hoc creative shoots, ensuring the studio is running at full capacity by undertaking necessary store picks and addressing any issues promptly.

Your attention to detail will be key in flagging any discrepancies and coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring that the stock and samples are prepared and scheduled according to brand adjacencies and Fenwick personas. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to have you on board to help us maintain the highest standards in our studio operations.

Previous work within a fast-paced ecommerce photography studio is advantageous
