This global architecture practice, who work on some beautiful projects, are seeking a Studio Coordinator to join the team of 40 in their London office. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations of the studio. You will be part of the wider team of support staff which includes marketing, communications, finance and IT as well as operations.

The aim of the role is to create and maintain a studio environment that promotes the studios culture, strengths and working efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for all staff and visitors
  • Prepare and coordinate meeting rooms
  • Manage office consumables
  • Book couriers, taxis, manage post etc
  • Assist with recruitment ie coordinating interviews
  • Help to implement HR policies and systems
  • Assist with events, training and coordination of studio meetings
  • Assist with project administration

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in an administration within an Architectural/Interior Design practice.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft Word & Excel to advanced standard); typing 50 wpm+, Rapport3
  • Knowledge of/experience in:

HR

Health & Safety

IT systems

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Ability to work as part of a team
