As Studio Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the business. Central to this position is the creation and maintenance of a studio environment that fosters the studio’s culture while enhancing work efficiency. The ideal candidate will be able to think on their feet, take decisive action, and show willingness to go above and beyond

Note due to nature of this role, this is a full time in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all front-of-house and studio operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests
  • Support leadership in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and implementing HR policies
  • Assist with event planning, BD efforts and cover EA duties during absences
  • Foster a positive company culture aligned with the studio’s values and vision
  • Manage studio supplies, equipment, and service contracts with various suppliers
  • Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with current regulations
  • Handle front desk duties (answering phones, booking transport, and scheduling meeting rooms)
  • Open the studio each morning and prepare meeting rooms as needed
  • Support with recruitment, staff onboarding, and HR policy implementation
  • Promote a thriving workplace culture focused on wellness, engagement, and professional growth
  • Coordinate internal communications, including studio updates, events, and CPD activities
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, project setup, and tracking staff leave

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within the built environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Client-facing experience with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in preparing contractual documents
  • Approachable and assertive
  • Flexible team player with excellent organisational skills
  • Able to prioritise and manage conflicting tasks independently
  • Eager to learn and self-motivated
  • Knowledgeable in HR, Health & Safety, and IT systems
