Role Description

Studio Nicholson is seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join the Digital team at our London-based fashion brand. As the Ecommerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the online success of Studio Nicholson, overseeing the execution of our digital strategy.

With a focus on delivering an exceptional online shopping experience, you will be responsible for optimising the performance of our ecommerce offering; managing product launches on both Shopify and other 3rd party platforms; and implementing innovative digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the luxury fashion industry, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of successfully managing and growing ecommerce operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update product listings, optimise content, and implement site enhancements
  • Responsible for all ecomm photography; from working with the Production team on briefing shoots, through to uploading retouched imagery to site
  • Ownership of all product creation and management
  • Management of product categorisation and VM
  • Responsible for the creation and communication of seasonal and ad-hoc promotions
  • Primary contact for Japanese and South Korean ecomm partners: responsible for ensuring communication of collection, strategy and functionality
  • Use analytical tools (such as GA4) to provide insight into site performance and identify areas of opportunity to improve site performance and enhance the customer experience
  • Ensuring all devices are optimised to deliver the best possible journey for the customer
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to provide insight into customer behaviour and product insight to support marketing campaigns across the channels
  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall online customer experience, from navigation to checkout
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights
  • Utilise analytics tools to track and analyse website performance, user behaviour, and sales data
  • Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate inventory management and timely order fulfilment
  • Implement efficient shipping and return processes to enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Ecommerce management, preferably within the premium or luxury fashion sector
  • Technically minded: Proficient in Shopify and ideally Zedonk. Familiar with CMS platforms, Adobe Suite and other relevant technologies
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools (i.e. GA4) to track and interpret data, driving informed decision-making
  • Creativity: Ability to propose innovative ideas and think creatively about enhancing the online customer experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
