RECfinancial are currently shortlisting exclusively for our Leicester based manufacturing business, for an Permanent full-time Purchase Ledger Administrator role. This is an exciting opportunity to join this growing business.
Main role of Purchase Ledger Administrator
Our successful Purchase Ledger Administrator will be required to join and strengthen the existing head office team at the central Leicester office. Looking after the whole end-to-end Purchase Ledger process.
Responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Administrator
Matching and batching stock invoices and credits from suppliers to purchase orders in an efficient manner.
Accurately process all purchase invoices and credit notes within the set timescales, ensuring payment approval is provided.
Accurately reconcile statements received from suppliers to records held on accounting software on a regular basis.
Good Administration and clerical skills, and adaptable to work within a busy team.
including Excel, BACS, Exchequer or similar
