Sales Manager

We’ve partnered with the industry leader within a specific area of Dental Equipment Manufacturing, who are looking to further bolster their stronghold on the market . They are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team.

The role is a Player Manager position, whereby you will manage an existing Sales team, alongside Individually Contributing in both a New Business and Account Management acumen, handling the full 360 sales cycle from Lead Generation to closing business and onboarding clients, before maintaining long lasting relationships. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, driven individual who is looking to take the next step in their career in sales with a company that provides revolutionary and market leading services, with fantastic progression routes available also.

A successful candidate will have at least five years experience in Dentistry/Medical Equipment Manufacturing Sales.

The Sales Manager will:
Manage and grow the Sales Team
Go through the Full 360 sales process
Market mapping and competitive analysis
5+ years Sales experience in Dentistry or the Medical Devices industry
~ Ability to own a sales cycle from start to finish


My client offers a salary of circa £80,000 depending on experience plus bonus.
