The role covers a spectrum of activity within an aviation maintenance training environment, ensuring that there is rarely a dull moment in a welcoming and learner-focused setting.
The role may specialise in mechanical, avionic, composite specialties with Practical Assessor, Academic Composites and more with opportunities in the workshop, classroom, and the hangar environment.
RESPONSIBLE TO: Apprenticeship Training Manager
ATT / Cotswold Airport, Kemble
HOURS OF WORK: 40 hours, flexible contracted hours
Planning & Organising
Support centre-based workshop and hangar training as required
Completing 6-week interim support reviews with apprentices
Attend quarterly standardisation meetings and training sessions
Level 3 Diploma in Engineering (Aviation) or equivalent
Ability to achieve Enhanced DBS
Level 3 Teaching/Training Qualification (PTLLS, AET, TAQA) or above
Proven experience and training in Safeguarding, PREVENT and British Values
