Aviation Technical Training Instructor Opportunity

Forward Assist Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aviation Technical Training Instructor to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment, delivering high-quality training to apprentices and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Theoretical and practical delivery of EASA and UK CAA, Part 66 training courses
  • Theoretical and practical instruction of specialised aviation technical skills and other industry-related courses
  • Examiner and Invigilator duties as required
  • Assisting in maintenance and updating of approved training resources
Requirements:
  • Technical instructing or teaching qualification
  • Appropriate qualification in aviation maintenance
  • Minimum 5 years industry experience
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Clean driving licence
  • Ability to satisfy an enhanced DBS check
What We Offer:
  • Full-time permanent position
  • Salary £47,000 - £53,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience
  • Further salary uplifts available for field-based positions and dual qualification as a Technical Instructor and Apprenticeship Assessor
  • 25 days paid annual leave plus public holidays, company pension, and cycle to work scheme
