25 most valuable clients on the books, but you’ll also lead the Customer Success team of 3.

Your role here is to help build out what great CS looks like, whether it be playbooks, processes, targets or even how clients are allocated / managed. Currently focussing on retention and CSAT, you’ll work with the Account Management team to ensure commercial success of your accounts, work with product to keep the solution at the forefront of the market, and support your CSM’s as required to ensure they deliver the standards you set.

This is a real chance to not only delight large client accounts, but truly contribute to creation a best in class customer success function.

3+ years experience in a Customer Success role within a SaaS business.
~ Experience of working within a fast-paced, scaling business with a complex and bespoke software solution.
~ Prior experience of growing a Customer Success function, implementation processes, playbooks and engagement strategies is hugely desirable.
~ Support the team, learn from the team MUST have a full UK driving licence.


A base salary up to £50k plus 10% bonus.
~25 Days holiday, plus BH plus wellbeing/charity days
