We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team at Matrix. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing world-class service and support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the recruitment sector and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. You will be responsible for providing operational overviews of service delivery performance, attending weekly and monthly customer meetings, and providing training support to customers to ensure they are using Matrix technology effectively and efficiently.

You will also be responsible for highlighting any commercial anomalies and working with Business Managers to address them. Additionally, you will be comfortable using MS Office and various software and systems, and have a head for numbers and the ability to understand what the data is telling you.
