What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop role-based core competencies and learning objectives for internal and external technical roles, including Customer Support, Professional Services, Customer Success, implementation partners, and customers
  • Maintain a training curriculum that is highly effective and scalable for technical audiences, including the optimization of existing content and the creation of novel training materials
  • Drive education on our core product functionality as well as upcoming product releases
  • Facilitate product adoption through the creation and delivery of technical training content, including courses accessed through a Learning Management System, as well as public, private, and internal courses delivered live in a classroom setting
  • Own the outcomes of your training programs: continually measure program success, participant performance, and business impact
  • Cultivate a strong relationship of trust and effectively manage an ongoing operational rhythm with Product Management, Product & Solution Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, Partner & Alliances, Customer Support, and GTM Enablement peers
  • Strategize with the Product Management, Product & Solution Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, Partner & Alliances, and Customer Support teams on technical training needs to make continual improvements and iterations
  • Become an expert in Anaplan modeling techniques and standard methodologies by completing Level 1 and 2 training within 3 months and level 3 training within the first year, as well as maintaining all certifications as requirements change.
  • Stay current with all new Anaplan standard methodologies and software improvements.

You have:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical training, learning program development, and facilitation
  • 5+ years of hands-on Anaplan experience preferred
  • Business planning and program management experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and high attention to details
  • Passion for learning, teaching, and constant improvement
  • Ability to comfortably and expertly present to large groups using multiple delivery methods, for lengthy periods of time
  • Ability to communicate concepts in a concise, logical manner so students can absorb and retain
  • Flexibility to prioritize multiple activities simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
