Role Responsibilities

Oversee the management of intricate technical programs from inception to completion, involving multiple teams over extended periods. Facilitate the execution of the product roadmap, including planning, delivery oversight, and release management across various teams. Communicate progress, challenges, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to aid in decision-making for successful outcomes. Collaborate with engineering teams to identify alignment issues and streamline processes. Possess a comprehensive understanding of the product and the technical acumen to delve into details that propel programs forward. Maintain a focus on outcomes, ensuring all efforts align with the intended objectives of the program. Exhibit enthusiasm and engagement, driving continuous improvement within a fast-paced engineering environment. Develop tools and refine processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

Required Demonstrated experience in managing software programs and cross-functional technical initiatives within a leading technology organization. A commitment to quality, reliability, and product value beyond just timely delivery. Familiarity with modern microservice architectures (Kubernetes, Kafka, AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. A curious mindset driven by problem-solving. Self-motivated, capable of independently leading large, multidisciplinary projects. Strong organizational, written, and presentation skills, fostering robust relationships with stakeholders. Preferred Background or knowledge in the retail banking sector. Previous experience as a software engineer, infrastructure engineer, or similar technical role. Experience in defining, developing, and managing processes to support product planning and delivery at scale.
