Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Selection Contribution Platform team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in building Amazon's business across the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • Manage technical programs working directly with software engineering teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define product vision and roadmap, working backward from customer needs.
  • Anticipate and mitigate technical risks, providing escalation management and tradeoff analysis.
  • Earn trust through regular communication with senior management on status, risks, and change control.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical programs.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in software development, project management, and technical design.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
