Senior Manager, Technical Program Management Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Technical Program Management to lead our Community Feedback initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering customer-facing features, driving operational excellence, and software development efficiency through scalable mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management
- Coordinate with multiple engineering, product management, and data science teams to deliver ambitious customer experiences across Amazon.
- Contribute to and execute short and long-term roadmaps for the business.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of management, building trust across the organization.
- Show ownership and leadership skills in coordinating projects across multiple teams, driving them to successful conclusion.
- 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
- Strong technical program management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust across the organization.
