Job Overview

Position Title: Technical Program Coordinator

Reporting Line: Director of Program Management

Contract Length: 6 months

Work Location: Remote

Interview Stages: Two rounds

Role Summary

As a Technical Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various technical initiatives within our organization. You will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure timely project delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and maintenance of high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical foundation, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven history of managing intricate technical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects across various teams, ensuring effective collaboration from inception to completion.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues proactively, escalating them to relevant stakeholders as necessary.
  • Ensure comprehensive project planning that encompasses all phases of the project lifecycle, applying industry best practices for successful project execution.
  • Deliver clear and concise updates to stakeholders regarding project status and progress.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of departmental processes and methodologies.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to project delivery, stepping in to support team efforts when required to meet deadlines.
  • Facilitate and lead workshops with senior technical, product, and business stakeholders, effectively communicating outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong alignment with company values: Integrity, Innovation, Collaboration, Forward-Thinking, and Accountability.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of four years of experience in a technical project management capacity, showcasing a successful track record of project delivery.
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically regarding product and technical challenges, developing solutions that ensure project success.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, with a focus on enhancing delivery tools and processes.
  • Familiarity with project tracking and reporting tools; experience with JIRA and Confluence is advantageous.
  • A general understanding of Over-The-Top (OTT) services, Streaming technologies, Payment Systems, and Customer Service is preferred.
  • A recognized project management certification at a foundational level is a plus.
