Our Senior Chef De Partieis a crucial part of our kitchen brigade; developing and inspiring the wider kitchen team, whilst supporting our kitchen management team to ensure a high standard of execution to deliver consistent, beautiful dishes as part of one of Londons best dining experience.

Tucked away in Shoreditch, our venue is spread across four floors, home to a restaurant and rooftop serving seasonal menus focussed on fresh produce and wood-fired cooking. There is a specialist liquor store, a subterranean cellar bar, an independent cinema and a range of multipurpose spaces used to host everything from our renowned cocktail classes and spirit tastings to live music.

Our food is centred around cooking over fire, pickling in house and wood smoking. You will be working with ex-Oren head chef Sam Lone.

We are looking for an experienced senior chef de partie with experience in different sections of the kitchen, who can support Sam and is looking for a new challenge in a unique venue.

Experience and Skills:

  • At least two years of senior chef de partie experience.
  • Experience with cooking on open fire is welcomed but not essential, full training will be given.
  • A great chef who can work in all sections.
  • A team player with strong leadership skills with a passion for learning & development.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with staff and reporting to the kitchen management team.
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment, techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Level 2 food hygiene certificate.

What a find this is. More well known for its liquor store and cocktails, it has recently opened a restaurant. All I can say is wow wow wow. The concept is that everyone shares everything and its family style and between us we pretty much rinsed the whole menu. Everything was splendid but the pork belly was to die for.
