About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to work alongside our Head Pastry Chef, Andrea Vivienti, in our award-winning kitchen. As a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie/ Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for leading a team of pastry chefs and contributing to the creation of exquisite desserts and pastries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of pastry chefs to achieve high-quality dessert and pastry production
  • Develop and implement new dessert and pastry recipes to enhance the menu
  • Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef to plan and execute special events and menus
  • Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Contribute to the development of the kitchen team and provide guidance and support to junior chefs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie/ Chef de Partie in a fine dining environment
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving high-quality results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
