Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden.

About the Role:

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your specialty. You will also support and mentor Commis Chefs, assist in developing new dishes and menus, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your specialty.
  • Support and mentor Commis Chefs in the brigade.
  • Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in developing new dishes and menus.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and health and safety.
