Senior Chef de Partie

Would you like to join our team as a Senior Chef de Partie at De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor?

As a Senior Chef de Partie you'll work in a busy, vibrant and hardworking team environment, where you'll experience an exciting blend of variety, industry-leading professional development.

This is a Full time position working 40 hours per week over 5 days with any overtime paid.

As a Senior Chef de Partie you will:

• Prepare, cook and present dishes within your speciality
• Support and mentor / train any Commis Chefs, CDPs in the brigade
• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus
• Ensure you and your team have highest of standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety

What we look for in a Senior Chef de Partie:

• Prior experience as a Chef de Partie working in a busy kitchen environment and leading a kitchen team
• High standards of cleanliness and food hygiene to maintain our health & safety standards
• Attention to detail to help create memorable culinary experiences for our guests
