Operating internationally with several manufacturing plants, our client has established a strong presence and brand recognition in the off-grid power industry.

SALES MANAGER EUROPE
This key appointment will develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's European customer base through channel partners, key accounts and direct to customer. This role is also responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and analysing sales data to identify areas for growth and improvement.

The role collaborates with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to develop integrated sales strategies. The role will focus their time with channel partners/dealers, end customers and global accounts.

This is a home-based UK role with regular business travel to all parts of the UK and Continental Europe.

Graduate or graduate calibre. Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or any relevant field.
Significant knowledge of the energy and/or industrial electro/mechanical products market and the competitive landscape in the sector.

This is a pivotal Sales Management role focused on achieving the business plan for further revenue growth and profitability. With career progression potential within a genuinely exciting and pioneering business.
