Company – A GLOBAL Pharmaceutical company with branded and generic solutions. The National Sales and Market Access Manager will manage a team of 6 Key Account Manager who sell a range of branded generic respiratory pharmaceuticals into the ICB space with a view to securing formulary and driving drug switch programmes. Working closely with various decision makers – from Medicine Management professionals, PCNs, clinical specialists through procurement and any identifiable stakeholder the appointed person will support the Key Account Manager’s in leveraging sales into the acute and PCT environment. The role demands an experienced National Sales and Market Access Manager with the ability to influence change and deliver outcomes with the sales team– an appreciation of Market Access strategies is key.
A proven National Sales Manager within the Branded Generics space.

• Understands the Importance of Sales Force Effectiveness
• Proven track record of sales / achievement.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive change.
