CWP (Content With Purpose) is seeking a highly organised team player with initiative and a thirst for knowledge to join us as a Series Development Manager within our Sales Team. Whilst this role offers flexible working, those applying must be able to commute to an office in the Swansea region at least two working days per week.  
CWP Series Development Managers are responsible for: 
Utilising LinkedIn and other online resources 
Conducting email outreach and managing responses 
Securing partners to contribute to our projects.
 
CWP Series Development Managers lay the foundations that shape our content through research into the organisations and individuals who are steering meaningful progress in creating a better tomorrow. 
 
This is full-time hybrid position that would suit a candidate with commercial/sales and/or research experience, looking to gain skills and experience in a hugely rewarding role with an innovative and purpose-driven production company.
 
About CWP

We partner with professional member associations and trade bodies to produce and promote sector-focused ‘digital series’ for their industries. These award-winning series include multi-platform, ‘narrowcast’ content; including documentaries, short films, interviews, and written material.
 
These digital series are aimed at supporting professionals to drive progress within their sectors towards a positive future. Our innovative, purpose driven content is case study and character-led; highlighting the issues, the solutions and the required innovations to speed the transition to a more sustainable future.
 
Our digital series feature people and organisations at the forefront of pushing their industries towards a sustainable future, whether that be through exciting technological innovation or rethinking the way business is done. ‘Content Partners’ provide the opportunity to demonstrate progress in action, and span government, academia, corporations, NGOs, charities, funders, start-ups, and more.

‘Leading the Way to a World Beyond Waste’ is a digital series that CWP produced in collaboration with CIWM (the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management) and launched in September 2023. Thorough industry analysis to identify key topics, challenges, opportunities in a variety of focus sectors, helping to shape key themes and storylines 
Use online sources such as company websites and LinkedIn to identify relevant lead contacts
Manage our CRM platform and internal tracking / briefing documents, with clear notes and strong attention to detail 
Approach prospects through email outreach, ensuring a highly targeted and personalised approach, and manage responses 
Book in calls between prospects and the Head of Content Partnerships 
Meet daily and weekly activity targets to ensure projects progress on track 
Attend weekly sales meetings to ensure targets are on track, discuss approaches, and identify new opportunities 
Lead sales campaign analysis meetings after each project, to share results and discuss learnings 
Oversee the creation of internal briefing documents for each project, outlining objectives, audiences and key messages 
Draft project announcements for our member body partners to post online, announcing the series and calling out for contributors. 
 
Minimum of 12 months experience in a commercial/sales and/or research role. This role could suit someone with either an academic or commercial background. 
Ability to digest, process and condense complex information into a clear, articulate analysis / brief 
Excellent writing skills and email communication - spelling, punctuation, grammar, accuracy, attention to detail. Strong time management to meet deadlines, organisation and ability to juggle several projects 
CRM management 
Proficient in Excel
Have purpose to your work, by communicating solutions to sustainable development 
Help grow an exciting small business and have positive impact 
Hybrid / flexible working 
Salary - £24-30,000, depending on experience 
~ 25 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with years of service)
