CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for a Facilities Coord Job Responsibilities

  • Managing the Reception area and ensuring that all site facilities are running smoothly, ensuring high standards across the site at all times, including answering switchboard
  • Responsible for Clear ID visitor request receipt and authorization process
  • Engagement with Bluefin Reception for visitor access
  • Dealing with unannounced visitors
  • Issuing of Non-EM visitor access badges and collection on exit.
  • Enrolling/Activation EM visitor badges onto Genetec
  • Informing LTO host of the guest/Visitor arrival
  • Closing the outer EM reception doors should an immediate activism threat emerge in the building ( doors will be left open from 08.00 - 17.00 )
  • Supporting Courier delivery - in and out services
  • Ensuring cost effective delivery of all services to the client.
  • Transportation of items to the client within the building.
  • Supporting Adhoc requirements such as setting up the meeting rooms for events if needed
  • Support any reasonable requirements to meet business needs/Prioritize when required.
  • Ensuring the office is maintained, damages are reported to the Facility Manager
  • Check facilities related stock is replenished in meeting room
  • Have an understanding and appreciation of health and safety regulations, and the ability to apply these practically and effectively.
  • Providing administrative support to the department, as required, including finance tasks and reports.
  • Carry out other reasonable duties as required by the Client

  • Able to work to there own initiative and work as part of the team.
  • Thrives on managing a high workload and has experience of managing day to day operations
  • Able to multitask and be flexible in executing required tasks
  • Successful applicant will want to challenge inefficient working practises adding real value to the wider Facilities team
