In this opportunity as Implementation Consultant, you will:
Scope Project Requirements: Work collaboratively with customers to define project requirements, produce Statements of Work (SOWs), and document project details.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, support, customer success, and sales teams to optimize customer experience with our software.
You're a fit for the role of Implementation Consultant if your background includes:
Project Management in SaaS Environment: Solid understanding and experience in project management within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
User Experience and Journeys: Ability to map and define user experience and user journeys for effective solution implementation.
Front-End Web Development: Proficiency in front-end web development, including HTML, CSS, Javascript, and jQuery.
Analytics and Integrations: Familiarity with third-party analytics tools, integrations, and data migrations.
Legal Industry Expertise: Knowledge of legal industry trends and legal tech, with a keen understanding of MS Power Automate.
